1. Service / 서비스

Loldosa is a LoL AI coach delivered via Discord and the web that provides League of Legends coaching: automatic pre-game scouting, post-game reviews, skill diagnosis, coaching goals, growth reports, and community features (server rankings, scrim tools). Analysis is based on publicly available match data.

롤도사는 롤 AI 코치입니다 — 디스코드와 웹으로 제공되며 자동 스카웃·복기·진단·숙제 코칭·성장 리포트·서버 기능을 줍니다. 분석은 공개 전적 데이터 기반입니다.

2. Subscriptions / 구독

New users receive a free trial of PRO features. Afterwards, PRO is a paid subscription processed by Polar (our merchant of record). Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime via the customer portal — access remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds: Monthly plans are refundable in full within 30 days of the first payment. Annual plans are refunded for the unused months (used months counted in 30-day blocks). The Lifetime plan is refundable in full within 15 days of purchase. One refund per account. Request it by messaging the bot "refund"; it is processed within 24 hours to the original payment method.

신규 유저는 PRO 무료 체험을 받으며, 이후 PRO는 Polar가 처리하는 유료 구독입니다. 자동 갱신되며 언제든 해지 가능(결제 기간 만료까지 이용 유지). 환불: 월간은 첫 결제 30일 이내 전액, 연간은 사용한 개월(30일 단위)을 제외한 잔여분, 평생은 구매 15일 이내 전액 환불(계정당 1회). 봇 DM에 '환불'이라고 보내면 24시간 내 결제한 수단으로 환급됩니다.

Annual and Lifetime plans are perpetual subscriptions: a single payment grants continued access — Annual for 12 months, Lifetime for as long as Loldosa operates — with no automatic renewal and no further charge.

연간·평생 플랜은 영구 구독입니다. 한 번의 결제로 이용이 계속되며(연간 12개월, 평생은 롤도사가 서비스되는 동안), 자동 갱신도 추가 결제도 없습니다.

3. Fair use / 공정 이용

PRO is for personal use (up to 3 Riot accounts per subscription). Abuse — reselling access, automated scraping of the bot, or attempts to circumvent trial limits — may result in suspension.

4. Disclaimers / 면책

• Coaching output is informational and generated from statistics and AI — no guarantee of rank improvement or accuracy.
• The service depends on third-party data sources and Discord; availability is provided "as is" without warranty.
• Loldosa isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
